How to order

1. To add a product into your Shopping Cart click on ADD THIS TO MY CART. If you wish to view the product description of the selected item, click on the image itself.
2. Once you click on ADD THIS TO MY CART, the items in your Shopping Cart will be listed out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
1. click on CONTINUE SHOPPING if you wish to shop for other items. Repeat Step 1 to add more items into your Shopping Cart.
2. click on REMOVE COLUMN to remove any of the selected items from your Shopping Cart.
3. click on UPDATE if you edit any quantities or remove any selected items.
4. click on CHECK OUT if you wish to end your shopping session.
3. Double check on your order (QUANTITY and PRICE) on DELIVERY INFORMATION. Please ensure your SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct. If you wish to change the address, please click on CHANGE ADDRESS to edit the shipping address information.
4. Click CONTINUE to PAYMENT INFORMATION where you can choose your preferred PAYMENT METHOD.
5. Click CONTINUE to ORDER CONFIRMATION. Double check all the details. Click on CONFIRM ORDER after you make sure that all the information provided are correct else click EDIT to edit the information.
6. Your order is now completed.
7. You will receive a confirmation email from Luvenz Shoppe within 24 hours.
8. IF you use your credit card for making transaction, you shall receive an email from iPay88. After the transaction has been successfully made, you shall receive confirmation via email containing the Order Reference Number; which is sent by iPay88 . There is a PAYMENT ID as your Reference Number.

 

Currencies and Exchange Rates
Prices for all items are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency exchange rates fluctuates daily base on global market conditions. Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to your home currency at the prevailing exchange rate in effect at the time of the charge.

3. PayPal
   Please note that the payment is processed by PayPal. You will receive an email from PayPal to make payment after your order is being processed and confirmed the stock availability. There is an additional charges RM2.00 for each successful transaction.

4. Credit Cards
   Please note that the payment is processed by iPay88.com. The name of iPay88.com will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification email from iPay88 on the transaction.

Stock / Inventory availability
As our commitment towards our customers, we try our best to ensure that items listed for sale is always available and ready to be shipped. Items that are in stock will be shipped to you within 2-5 working days subject to payment being made and cleared in 24 hours after the order is made. We recognize the need for prompt delivery and make every effort to facilitate your order the shipment as quickly as possible.

However, some of the items are pre-order basis; which are not ready stocks. Delivery lead time for pre-order items may take about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Our customers’ satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY. As such, you are always welcome to request for items that are not listed on our website. We will forward your request to our manufacturers to confirm whether that particular item will be available and you will be informed about its availability as soon as possible.

 

Order processing
Your orders will be processed daily from Monday to Saturday (working day). The cut-off time for order processing is 3 pm for Monday to Friday and 12 noon for Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays (Malaysia) will be processed on the following working day. Orders for items that are in stock are usually delivered within 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment.

If you place an order and then notice an error, please e-mail us at sales@luvenzshoppe.com immediately so that we may correct your order. If you suspect that your order did not transmit successfully or feel that there may have been any other problems, please e-mail us so that we may confirm receipt of your order and contact you for further action.

 

Order confirmation
Upon successful payment transaction, we will e-mail you to confirm your order and advise the CONSIGNMENT NOTE NUMBER (for domestic and international order) after we shipped the order. Any consent regarding the delay of shipment or availability of an item will be notified through e-mail.

 

Order Tracking
Upon receiving your order, we will e-mail you to update the processing and delivery status. You can check your order status online anytime by entering your Order Reference Number .

 

Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your whole order or partial items of your order, kindly inform us by email sales@luvenzshoppe.com quoting your ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER. Cancellation is NOT allowed after your payment has been made. We will send out your order subject to your payment. All orders will be deemed as VOID if you do not make any payment within 2 days after we sent you the invoice unless you specify prior reservation due to special circumstances.

 

Product packaging
Our experiences have enable us to understand you better, so we know what you need and have the ability to provide you a smooth and easy transaction!

We are concerned good packaging to avoid any damage during transportation. The quality of your shipment is our top priority and the materials used to package our products reflect our commitment.

Your orders will be sent via our appointed courier i.e SkyNet or PosLaju. Please be reminded that It is very important to inspect for any damages to the goods received as well as the correct umber of cartons (is it tally with the consignment notes?) before you sign and acknowledge the receipt.

International Shipping
We do ship out to around the world by using DPEX or Malaysia PosLaju EMS. We will advise you the actual courier charges after receiving your Order.
