What is the benefit to become our member?
Members are entitled for RM10 discount e-coupon when the points reached to 300 points. However, the points are excluded for delivery charges.

How does it work?
Member will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at Luvenz Online Fashion Shoppe. Every 300 points accumulated will be automatically converted into a RM10 electronic coupon that is credited into points.

Does the point have any expiry date?
The points do not have any expiry date. Once your points reached to 300 points, you will be automatically given RM10 e-coupon and you may use it for your next order.

How to use e-coupon?
When you confirmed to place order, you are advisable to key-in your e-coupon code in Check Out Payment page. E-coupon is only valid for one online transaction/order and we do not accept partial transaction or transferrable or exchangeable.

What should you do if you failed to use your e-coupon during Check Out?
If you failed to use your e-coupon, we are sorry to say that we could not amend your order amount in our system. Therefore, you may keep your e-coupon for your next order.

How do I know for my points balance?
Your points status will show on top after login. Alternatively, you may check your points at your own account page after login. Please take note that your points will show under My Points and Redemptions.

Why my points have been deducted?
It means that your order has not been successfully made or you have redeemed your e-coupon.

Does my membership previllege can be used at Luvenz Shoppe Outlet?
No. Your member is only applicable for online transaction at Luvenz Online Fashion Shoppe. WE will have different membership system for our outlet.
